Terms & Conditions:
Salutations on behalf of FXPropFirm (the “Company”). You ("you" or the "Trader") are granted a limited licence by the Company to use the services (the "Services"), subject to the terms and restrictions stated in this agreement (the "Agreement").
Before utilising the Services offered by the Company, you must read this Agreement, which is a legally binding contract. Using the Services indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
The Company may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, alter, amend, terminate, or modify this Agreement. If this Agreement is updated, modified, or altered by The Company,
Trader Claims:
The Services include the following: access to the Client Section; analytical tools; training and educational materials; tools for simulated trading on the FOREX market or with other instruments on other financial markets; and other ancillary services, particularly through the Client Section or by providing access to applications offered by the Provider or third parties. Although the simulated trading makes use of financial market data, you understand that any trading you do using the Services is not actual trading.

Additionally, you agree that the money you were given for demo trading is fictitious and that you have no legal claim to it outside of the parameters of the Services. Specifically, you understand that the money cannot be used for real trading and that you are not entitled to receive payment for it. You will not be obliged to pay any losses or receive any compensation based on the outcomes of your simulated trading, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Simulated trading experience for customers:
In none of its business operations does the corporation directly provide live trading. As per the terms of a contract with PropFirm Trading, traders will receive simulated funds to trade in a demo account after passing the company's examination. PropFirm Trading may give data, information, and material on trading possibilities and investing methods; nevertheless, this content is provided solely for general educational and informational reasons.
None of the data, information, or content provided by the Company should be construed as providing tax, legal, investment, or financial advice of any kind. The information and resources given by the Company do not constitute an invitation to the Trader to take any action on the part of the Company.
Restricted Permission:
The Company offers you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, revocable, and royalty-free license to use the Services for the usual and intended purposes. It is expressly unlawful for you to scrape, frame, hack, reverse engineer, crawl, or aggregate the Services or the company website, in whole or in part, without the company's prior written approval.

You acknowledge and agree that in exchange for your restricted use of the Services, the Company and any of its third-party contractors do not grant you any license or intellectual property rights to any technology, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
You specifically agree that you will not use the Services in any way that is prohibited by this Agreement, and you acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Agreement will limit how you can use the Services. Except as expressly delegated by this Agreement, all rights of the Company are reserved.
The Company retains all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, and this license is revocable at any time.
